EAKimberely Bates, EA has over 20 years experience in tax and financial matters. After graduating from high school early by doubling up on her studies, she also completed four years of college in only two years. She went on to obtain the prestigious Enrolled Agent designation offered by the IRS and is working toward certification as a fraud examiner. She has handled small tax controversy cases of unfiled tax returns to the more complex international audits. Although her experience is extensive of various types of audits, the greatest number of collection cases stem from Trust Fund Recovery Audits (payroll tax audit). This area of tax collection representation is often misunderstood and mistakenly treated like an income tax audit. Trust Fund Recovery Audits are complex and unforgiving to those who do not understand how to defend themselves. Kim has successfully defended employers and saved small business owners thousands in penalties.
When it comes to Tax Resolution and settling debts with government institutions, you can’t afford to mess around – but nor can you afford to get in bed with “sales rooms” masquerading as a professional tax office. There’s simply too much at stake. And there are too many landmines along the path.
My name is Kim Bates. I am a licensed EA and able to represent you before the IRS. I have been doing so on behalf of clients (both local and national) now for years.
But what you DON’T need is to be bombarded by ruthless sales pitches and overbearing junk mail simply because your situation was picked up by some database somewhere, and you were targeted as a “hot lead”. Yes, this is how these operations can afford to advertise on national television and radio. They have a sales system, and they work it. Very hard.
Here’s the dirty secret of the national tax debt resolution industry: Almost all of your contact will be with a commissioned sales person. A closer. And their mission is to close YOU.
I hope you’ll forgive me for being blunt.
You see, these ‘closers’ have run their numbers, and they know that certain IRS problems can net them big fees. Sure, they’ll quote you a smaller fee during the so-called “financial analysis” in the beginning stages of the process – but they also know that there are lots of different ways that they can tack on additional fees during the process so that no matter what, they will get paid.
My team and I would like to invite
Mind you – we are BULLDOGS when it comes to negotiating on behalf of our clients in front of the IRS. We have plenty of stories to prove it.
But what I’d FIRST like to do is to invite you to read my free report, that I’ve specially prepared for LOCAL Orlando individuals (which just so happens to be just as pertinent for someone who doesn’t happen to live in the area). I’m confident that after reading this report, that you will ignore ALL the calls from the national sales sharks who are circling the waters and coming after you.
We want to fight for you – and we will care for you like a person along the way.

PS — If you are discussing your tax situation over the telephone with other firms, be sure to ask them one important question:
“Are you a licensed tax professional that is legally eligible to offer me tax advice, or are you a salesman?”
This is by far the single most important question you should ask anybody trying to offer you tax advice. If they are a salesperson, I highly encourage you to run quickly in the opposite direction.
